Emmerdale murder 'sealed' as ITV viewers predict death after cryptic 'body bag' clue

Emmerdale fans are convinced there will be another murder in the village in the near future.

There was a dramatic confrontation in recent scenes of the ITV soap involving arch enemies Cain Dingle (Jeff Hordley) and Al Chapman (Michael Wildman).

ITV bosses have recently confirmed that the pair’s feud will come to a dramatic climax soon and fans are convinced it could mean a deadly end.

Cain and Al’s animosity continued earlier this week as the two faced over in the pub, before Cain was forced to leave.

Al followed Cain outside The Woolpack and couldn’t resist stirring the pot.

He said: “Promises promises. You keep plugging away at it, don’t you?”

“You know it’s funny, the more you keep trying to derail my life, the better it gets. Come on Cain, don’t let it get to you.

“I’m just glad that Belle finally sees you for who you are. I wonder who’s next?”

A nearby Chas snapped back: “Look at yourself. For God’s sake Cain this has to end before it goes too far.

“I don’t care about Al but if you keep pushing and pushing each other like this, sooner or later one of you is going to end up in a body bag.”

Cain replied: “Let’s just hope it’s not me.”

ITV fans were left thunderstruck by the moment, with many pointing to it as evidence of an upcoming death on the Dales.

Taking to Twitter, one viewer wrote: “Cain and Al’s feud is ridiculous, it really is. I can see one of these two ended up hurt.”

A second said: “This is all gonna end in tears, I just know it. Cain and Al really need to pack in before someone gets hurt.”

Another added: “I honestly can’t stand this storyline between Cain and Al. This can only end up one way.”

A fourth fan predicted a “Caine vs Al punch up.”

“Did anyone else hear body bag.” a fifth social media user penned.

Elsewhere on the Dales during Tuesday’s episode (April 26), Marlon Dingle returned home but things didn’t go quite to plan.

His daughter April Windsor helped him hold a cup of water but he struggled to swallow.

The young girl was left petrified and called her help as she feared her dad had suffered another stroke.

Emmerdale airs weeknights on ITV at 7.30pm
