Holly Willoughby and Jake Humphrey shared a bed for six months during their early TV career.
The TV pals both worked in kids TV back in the day and Holly used to stay at Jake’s pad in London during their CBBC stint together.
The pair have been pals for over 15 years after hosting CBBC’s coverage of Celebrity Fame Academy together back in 2002.
However, apparently, nothing untoward went on as Jake had already started going out with his now-wife Harriet.
Jake married Harriet in 2007 and according to Jake, she didn’t mind when Holly started crashing around his flat.

Holly was living in Brighton at the time so it was easier for her to go back to Jake’s house instead of hers, though they would often hop into bed together, he says.
Speaking about the good ‘ole days, Jake told The Mirror: “Eventually, it got to the point where we couldn’t be bothered to get the blow-up bed out so for about six months we slept in the same bed.”

Jake pointed out that “nothing ever happened” between them but did admit to wondering if things may have been different had he not met his wife.
He joked: “I wouldn’t want to say I met my wife too early but I would just say Holly’s worst habit is she sleeps naked – joking, of course.
“Holly’s a good mate but I look back on my time with her and wonder what might have been but I was going out with Harriet at the time and she lived in Leeds.

“She had met Holly so she knew what she looked like and she was fine with it.”
Jake met his wife, who is also in the Tv industry, at a nightclub in 1999 in their home town of Norwich as teenagers.
Talking about his wife, Jake added “She is brilliant, fantastic, she understands.”
Holly and Jake were actually reunited back in March 2017 on ITV sports quiz show Play To The Whistle.

The This Morning host revealed to the rest of the panel: “I used to stay around your house I think because at the time I hadn’t even moved to London. So I was living in Brighton and you had a lovely flat and I’d come up and stay with you.”
Jake then flustered Holly by revealing that they “shared a bed” who then claimed she slept on the floor.
He then confirmed: “For a bit, but then you couldn’t be bothered to get the mattress out if you remember, so you just piled in.”
Co-star Romesh Ranganathan quipped: “You’re so full of s***, Holly, you know what happened.”
