Pete Davidson and Kim Kardashian ended their 9-month romance mere weeks ago, and now Pete has realised it’s for the best.
The duo sent shockwaves through their respective fans when it was revealed that the unlikely pairing were getting cosy while Kim was going through her divorce from Kanye West.

While they made the most of their riveting whirlwind romance, it wasn’t to be, and Pete is reportedly now in a “much better place” with his split from the famous reality star.
A source told Hollywood Life that while Pete was “torn up” when it first happened, he now sees that they were “clearly not meant to be”.

The source explained that the pair are from “two different worlds”, but described it as more like “two completely different universes”.
They explained that the pair no longer speak and had a “clean break” from the romance.
A second insider said that he’s feeling “much better” about the whole thing and relied on family for support.
Despite Pete’s realisation, he has no regrets from his brief fling with the star, with the source adding: “He learned a lot from his relationship and wouldn’t take it back for the world.”

Pete and Kim became an item after meeting on Saturday Night Live and building up their relationship following Kim’s divorce.
Kim opened up on the relationship during an episode of The Kardashians as she said: “So, this is how it went down with me and Pete.
“I did Saturday Night Live and then when we kissed in a scene it was just a vibe. I was like, ‘Oh s**t. Maybe I just need to try something different.”
She said she reached out to the producer at SNL to get Pete’s number and added: “I was just thinking, ‘heard about this BDE (big d**k energy), I need to get out there’. I was basically DTF (down to f**k).”

Sadly, the romance wasn’t to last, but they made the most of their brief fling while it lasted and Kim regularly shared photos of them looking loved-up online.
Kim is now reportedly “ready to date again” and is open to date “older men” after ending her relationship with Pete.
