TV presenter James Corden looks set to sell up and move out of his LA home, which is worth a whopping $9.7m (£8.5m).
This comes after he was called out by Balthazar restauranteur Keith McNally for “abusing his staff”.
US realtor Alicia Drake and Million Dollar Listing LA star James Harris were both spotted at Corden’s home.
Drake confirmed the sale to Daily Mail but confirmed it would be a private sale and wouldn’t be listed.

However, Harris told the publication that he was at Corden’s home for social visit as his wife is friends with James’ wife Julia.
James is planning on returning to the UK, with the star’s friends previously saying how much they want him to come back.
Ben Turner, the co-founder of his production company Fulwell 73, told Variety: “[Corden] has just got so many strings to his bow, and ‘Late’ is a big commitment that’s taken up so much of his time.
“We’re just really excited about having him back in the UK., and all the stuff that that entails, but it is a big moment for us.”
James is set to finish filming his final series of the Late Late Show, which has been running since 2015.
He announced his exit back in April, saying in a statement: “”This will be my last year hosting the show. When I started this journey, it was always going to be just that.
“It was going to be a journey, an adventure. I never saw it as my final destination, you know? And I never want this show to overstay its welcome in any way.
“I always want to love making it. And I really think in a year from now that will be a good time to move on and see what else might be out there… this has been the hardest decision I’ve ever had to make, it really has.
“I’ve never taken this job for granted.”
Corden has faced backlash this week after being banned from Balthazar by McNally, who called him a “gifted comedian” but a “cretin of a man”.
James has since apologised and his ban has been lifted.
