Strictly Come Dancing professional Carlos Gu has ‘rejected’ Molly Rainford’s apology to him after the dancing duo found themselves fighting to keep their place in the beloved ballroom show.
The CBBC star, 21, has been someone to watch on the hugely popular BBC One dance competition since she stepped out onto the floor with her energetic week one performance.
And it appeared as though she was on the road to success as she regularly impressed the judges with her new dance moves each week.

Over the weekend, the dancing duo dropped into the dance-off for the first time despite scoring 30 out of 40 points for their couple’s choice routine to the theme tune of Grange Hill to mark the BBC’s centenary celebration.
But on Sunday night, the blonde bombshell and her professional dance partner were left utterly gobsmacked after they were placed in the dreaded dance-off with comedian Jayde Adams and her partner Karen Hauer.
Despite managing to save their place in the competition, the experience has clearly impacted the Nova Jones star as she took to Instagram just 24 hours later to share a gushing post to her pro dancer online.
The youngest contestant shared a heartfelt apology to her partner in crime on social media as she promised him she would “come back fighting next week”.
She wrote: “I can’t tell you how grateful I am to still be here. That was not a good feeling but I think the comments were fair and I definitely have a lot of work to do.
“I’m so sorry to have let you down @gkx_carlos. You are the most amazing partner and you have really been my rock this weekend. I promise to come back fighting next week.
“I’m having the time of my life and I’m not ready for it to be over just yet [white heart emoji] Thank you so much to everyone who did vote and support, we appreciate you so much [praise emoji] @bbcstrictly.”
But her dance partner wasn’t willing to accept her apology as he quickly shut down her heartfelt post online.
He penned: “Babe, you have not let me down at all!!! I’m pleased about our dancing last Saturday. Let’s keep working and mostly have fun. Love you.”
And he wasn’t alone, as her fellow Strictly contestants flooded to the comments section to shower her with gushing messages of support online.
