Georgia Harrison begs for help as unwell grandad goes missing on Christmas Day

Love Island star Georgia Harrison has been left devastated after revealing that her grandad has gone missing on Christmas Day.

The reality starlet, who recently won a revenge porn case against Stephen Bear, asked her followers for help after revealing that her grandfather suffered from dementia.

She shared a photo of her elderly relative on Instagram and wrote: “Guys my grandad has gone missing.

“My aunty went to pick him up for Christmas dinner and he’s disappeared.

“He’s got dementia and lives in Chigwell. Please let me know if you have seen him.”

The post was shared around lunch time on Christmas Day but luckily Georgia shared an update around an hour later.

She confirmed that “the police had found him” and he was “in hospital”, with Georgia thanking her followers and saying “hopefully he’s OK”.

It’s been a difficult time for the former TOWIE star as of late, as she had to face disgraced reality television regular Stephen Bear in court.

Bear was found guilty of voyeurism and two counts of disclosing private sexual photographs or films at Chelmsford Crown Court earlier in December.

After the guilty verdict, Georgia spoke out of her two years of “absolute hell”, saying that she was “relieved” that it was over.

“This verdict will allow me to start to put the pain I have suffered in the past and start embracing the future,” she said outside court.

“Bear’s behaviour was completely unacceptable and those who choose to commit such crimes should and will be prosecuted.”

She urged everyone to think carefully about what they post on social media.

Georgia went on: “I hope me taking a stand gives other men and women who have fallen victim to revenge porn the courage to seek justice and most importantly show them that they have absolutely nothing to be ashamed of.

“I have felt ashamed, hurt, violated, even broken at times but today I stand here feeling empowered, grateful and a huge sense of unity with all of those who have reached out to support me throughout this ordeal.”

Georgia also thanked her family, friends and Essex Police for support during the ordeal.
