Despite Fadi’s best attempts to survive him, he was unable to do so and the music industry lost an icon on the festive holiday.
Psychic Jasmine Anderson spoke to Daily Star and revealed that George is “happy” and “free from all the pain and suffering”, but there is one person who remains on his mind – Spice Girls’ Geri Horner.
George and Spice Girls star Geri Horner – previously Halliwell – had an incredibly close friendship, and Jasmine said that after looking at photos of George, she heard he wanted to talk about his friend Geri.
She said: “She is one of the most genuine people he had ever known. He loved spending time with her and talks fondly of Bluebell.
“He is showing me that he is watching over Geri just now and keeping an eye on her because there’s some healing that is needed in her life just now.
“I feel Geri is health orientated right now. I feel she could be working on a project or a book where she is talking about yoga, juicing or health.”
Jasmine added: “He wants her to know that he’s around her and he’s with her because she thinks about him often especially when she’s singing.”
The pair had a special friendship, with George famously helping her get back on her feet after she left the Spice Girls in 1998.
Speaking to The Mirror six months after his death, Geri said George was “everything”.
She explained her reached out to her when she quit the girl group and gave her a place to stay at his home in St Tropez for three months, saying she saw him “as a person and not just a star”.
Geri said: “He was so sweet to me. I was so lost when I left that band. It was 100% my entire life. I was broken. It was like a divorce. It was too much to deal with too young and I felt vulnerable. But he was so kind and made me laugh.”
The star added: “He was a mentor, father figure and friend.”
