ITV daytime show Lorraine was left in chaos this week as Dancing on Ice star Joey Essex begged host Lorraine Kelly if he’s a “virgin”.
The star will be taking to the ice this weekend for the first time, and appeared on the programme to discuss his skating injuries so far and relationship with dance partner Vanessa Bauer.
But things turned rather racy for a 9am programme as Joey asked: “Am I a virgin?”

It all began as Lorraine told him: “Now you said you’re a Lorraine virgin, didn’t you?”
Joey said: “I did, I am a Lorraine virgin. I’m not any more, though!”
But the host was quick to correct him, as Joey has actually starred on the famous armchair before.
She said: “You’re not. Look, a viewer has pointed this out to me! James has pointed this out.”
Joey questioned: “Someone’s got involved?” as Lorraine joked: “I’ve got a text!”
She then forged ahead: “Yeah, no, you were, but it was a long time ago.”
Joey couldn’t believe what he was hearing as he said: “I’d love to see the pictures, because I think I even checked. I really wanted to know if I was a Lorraine virgin.”
The video then appeared on the screen, with Lorraine quipping: “That’s you, isn’t it? Or is that your evil twin?”
“Was that me, oh my god, Lorraine I’m not a virgin!” Joey said.

In an attempt to reassure the Dancing on Ice star, Lorraine said: “Can I say, that was a different studio. That was in the South Bank. So I think technically you are right.”
Confused, Joey responded: “So am I a virgin or not? Am I a Lorraine virgin?”
“Well, it depends. The thing about the definition… we won’t go into that. We’ll have that conversation maybe not in front of everybody!” Lorraine joked, as Joey agreed: “Yeah, yeah!”
“But it’s good to see you looking so well!” Lorraine complimented the former TOWIE star.
