Dancing on Ice's Patsy Palmer on journey to find 'peace' following show stint

Dancing on Ice star Patsy Palmer has spoken on her journey to find “peace” before she returns to her family.

The 50-year-old took part in the popular ITV show but was unfortunately the fourth contestant to be eliminated after receiving the lowest number of votes from the judging panel.

Patsy and her skating partner Matt Evers gave an emotional farewell as they departed from the reality series.

“Taking ourselves out of the everyday stuff is sometimes the best thing for us .

“We all know that you may travel and your perceived problems may still travel with you but every now and then just taking a retreat for yourself can be really good for your mind and body.”

The star also shared that she wants to be the “best version” of herself before heading home and is going on a juice cleanse.

She continued: “I decided to go to Portugal on @jasonvale Juice Cleanse retreat to reset my gut and my mind so that when I return home to my family after a very long time away working I will be the best version of myself that I can in order to re-connect and share my adventures in the healthiest most loving way that I want to.

“I’m so excited to share this journey with them and going home having achieved so many things professionally & personally over the past couple of months is such a gift. Always stay in the light.”

Seeing her honest post, fans headed straight to the comment section.
