EastEnders fans believe they have worked out the identity of Ravi Gulati’s (Aaron Thiara) crime boss – and it’s someone very close to home.
During Tuesday’s episode (March 14), the lothario almost broke into the Branning house in an attempt to find out what intel Jack Branning (Scott Maslen) has on him.
Jack has been investigating Ravi for weeks, all while his wife, Denise Fox (Diane Parish) almost embarked on an affair with the restaurant owner.

Using their near-fling to his advantage, Ravi attempted to blackmail Denise and get her to find out what Jack has found within his investigation.

Denise called Ravi’s bluff however, and refused to let him order her around.
The dodgy dealer then turned his attention to Denise’s daughter, Chelsea Fox (Zaraah Abrahams) and is now attempting to use her to gain the information he needs.
Later speaking on the phone with his unidentified boss, Ravi could be heard saying: “Before you kick off again, I haven’t found out what the DI knows yet but I will. Let’s just say I have a new way in.”

And EastEnders fans have now speculated that the person behind the phone could be either Phil (Steve McFadden) or Ben Mitchell, played by Max Bowden.
Taking to social media with their theories, one viewer penned: “I reckon Ravi is in secret cahoots with Phil or Ben. It makes sense after everything that happened between Ravi and Phil in prison.”
“I bet Ravi is working with Ben I just have this gut feeling. Or what if it’s Phil,” added a second.

Aaron, 29, who made his debut as Ravi in July 2022, added fuel to the speculation after responding to a tweet regarding the mystery caller.
The viewer penned: “Who was Ravi on the phone too?,” to which the actor replied with an eyes and zipper-mouth face emoji.
The person responded: “Well if you’re teasing us about the character Ravi called, @AaronThiara, this must be important.”
