Teen Mom star Chelsea Houska looked completely unrecognisable in her latest snap with her husband Cole DeBoer after rumours she’s had some injectable work done.
The star looked loved-up as she posted snaps with very puffy lips and sunken cheeks as fans speculated on whether or not she has had procedures.
The 31-year-old and her 35-year-old hubby stood outside in a sprawling back garden in front of some trees.

Chelsea looked casual in a light tan shirt and matching trousers that she paired with a black belt and black shoes.
Cole also sported casual attire in a grey T-shirt, ripped jeans, and brown boots.

Fans instantly took to the comments section of the sweet snap to comment on Chelsea’s change in appearance.
One person said: “Doesn’t look like Chelsea. (She’s) always been beautiful. A lot of work in this photo. Why spoil beauty?”
Another speculated: “I love her but she’s definitely had more than Botox, lol. She got fillers in her cheeks and lips.”
However, some fans defended the star’s new appearance.

One person said: “It definitely looks like her. She works hard to look and feel good. If she’s happy who cares.”
While another echoed: “Who cares? She doesn’t strive to be accepted into your idea of beauty.”
Chelsea and Cole met at a gas station in South Dakota in 2014.
Chelsea gushed to Us Weekly about her love in July 2015: “Honestly, there’s just no one that I’ve met that’s so respectful and just nice and I trust him, which is a big deal because it’s hard for me to trust people or guys, mostly.

“And he’s so sweet, kind of like old-fashioned gentleman type of guy.”
The pair tied the knot in October 2016 and share two children together.
Chelsea also has one child with ex-boyfriend Adam Lind.
The couple decided to quit Teen Mom 2 mid-way through season 10 in 2020.
