Suki Panesar has EastEnders fans convinced she’s in for some shocking health news after spotting worrying signs.
The mini-mart owner has been displaying some rather peculiar health issues, nearly fainting in front of Eve.
Eagle-eyed fans are now convinced they’ve figured out the real reason behind Suki’s symptoms.

One observant viewer commented: “Suki has a history of feigning illness, like faking cancer, but perhaps this time her ailment is genuine and won’t be taken seriously #Eastenders @bbceastenders.
“Or could it be that Suki is pregnant? Despite the Christmas flash forward not showing her as pregnant or unwell.”
Another chimed in: “The rumors about Suki being pregnant should be dismissed right away; it’s unlikely because it doesn’t make sense. There are other health issues a female character can face that aren’t related to pregnancy.”

A third perspective was shared: “There’s a possibility that Nish might be poisoning her. This would be another instance contributing to the psychological and mental abuse.

Suki dismissed Nish and Vinny’s worries after her dizzy spell, insisting she was fine to work.

At the Minute Mart, a worried Eve forced Suki to see the doctors, where she was given a prescription for anxiety medication that Suki was reluctant to accept.
Later, Vinny tried to encourage his mum to open up about her feelings, but Suki demanded he keep out of her personal life and show her some respect.
Elsewhere, Stacey encouraged Eve to move on with Amanda’ after she ignored her calls, but Eve clapped back and insisted Stacey should stop leading Theo on.

Stacey later clarified her friendship with Theo, but inside he was furious at Eve.
Alfie tried to smooth things over with Tommy by apologizing for being an absent father, but things soon turned sour when he forbid him from seeing Perry.
Having learned about the punch, Phil shared that Tommy also lashed out at Kat, and the pair decided to take Tommy to the Boxing Den for a fight with a boy his own age, which Tommy subsequently lost.
Tommy apologized, but Phil noticed that Alfie was still grimacing in pain and demanded Alfie visit the hospital once Tommy had left.
At the hospital, the nurse found blood in Alfie’s urine, and after a CT scan, the doctor shocked Alfie by explaining it might be an indication of prostate cancer.
