The Modern Family beauty, 51, poured her curves into the skintight denim outfit for a night out celebrating her son Manolo’s 32nd birthday.
Snaps shared on social media showed her looking incredible in the clinging top, which she wore with some figure-hugging jeans.

The pale blue bodysuit was strapless and showed off Sofia’s toned shoulders and teeny waist as she posed up a storm for a mirror selfie.

The America’s Got Talent star slipped on a chunky necklace and matching bracelet to complete her sizzling look. Her make-up was as glam as ever, with smoky shadow and lashings of mascara making her brown eyes pop and a dark lipstick accentuating her plump pout.
Sofia had styled her hair into a centre parting and wore her lustrous long locks loose over her bare shoulders.
The star – who had Manolo with her first husband Joe Gonzalez – posted some shots from the celebration on Instagram along with a sweet message to her son.

Fans were blown away by how stunning the star looked, with one gushing that she was “definitely are the most gorgeous lady God ever created”.
