Things were getting hot and steamy backstage on Loose Women as Kaye Adams showcased her twerking skills which led Frankie Bridge to spank her bottom.
The ITV stars were left in fits of laughter after panelist Judi Love encouraged Kaye, 61, to twerk while doing a handstand. In the hilarious throwback video, posted on Nadia Sawahla’s Instagram, Nadia could be heard laughing in the background alongside ITV producers as Kaye twerked away.
Kaye, who wore an olive green jumpsuit, put on a confident display in the short clip as she leaned against the door to show off her perky bottom and dance moves. Showcasing her flexibility, Kaye left those in the room stunned as she turned her whole body upside down.

Captioning the video on her social media platform to celebrate Kaye’s birthday, Nadia said: “Still my favourite @loosewomen meeting ever all thanks to my hilarious/ serious friend who decided to twerk upside down! A true ‘loose hipped woman’.

She continued: “@frankiebridge encouraging all the terrible behaviour! @1judilove making us wet ourselves with laughter.
“Our poor producers @yilly13 and @jemojunior terrified that’s Kaye would do herself an injury! All of it resulted in fabulously funny chaos! Happy birthday ADAMS!
“Kaye Adam’s Scotland’s champion upside-down twerker!!! Ps @1judilove when do we get her on the road with this?!!!! Love you all miss you all! Seeee you soooooon!!”

Once fans saw the funny clip, they quickly headed over to the comment section to share their thoughts. One social media user exclaimed: “YES Kaye! That false start killed me though.”
Another questioned: “What in the loose woman world is going on there?” A third said: “I want to be a Loose Woman so much now, what an absolute scream you guys have.”

To celebrate her birthday on December 28, Kaye shared a video on her Instagram of herself keeping fit on an indoor cycling bike. She then captioned the clip: “Another birthday with a bit of 70s graffiti thrown in.”
