Married at First Sight UK stars Adam Aveling and Taya McCreith – who were contestants on the E4 show back in 2021 – have officially tied the knot.
The former contestants decided to say ‘I do’ for real just two years after they appeared on the hugely-popular dating show. Viewers will remember how the 28-year-old electrician Adam exchanged vows with the 27-year-old estate agent before the embarked on their romantic love story.
The duo went on to become the only surviving couple from the series, and welcomed their beautiful daughter one year later in October 2022. Now, the happy couple have revealed they have taken the plunge to walk down the aisle for real.

Taking to Instagram on New Year’s Eve, the couple updated their fans that they had taken the leap in an adorable snap of their hands. Tayah could be seen sporting a huge rock on her finger layered on top of a glistening wedding band.
Adam could be seen rocking a gold wedding band of his own as he placed their hands on her knee. The pair captioned the post: “Finishing the year off strong 28/12/23.”
Their famous friends and loyal fans soon showered the happy couple with congratulatory comments immediately after posting. One user penned: “My favourite ever MAFS couple. Congratulations.”
Another agreed: “The best news ever guys. That’s a true love story… love you both so much.” Their co-star Marilyse Corrigan echoed: “The best news ever guys. That’s a true love story [heart emoji] love you both so much.”
Adam previously opened up about his breath-taking romance with Taya in a recent interview with OK! magazine. Confessing that he thought she was too good for him, he gushed: “We definitely had that first attraction, absolutely unbelievable and I remember telling producers she was out of my league.”
Meanwhile, Tayah is reported saying: “We really found out why we were match on the honeymoon” during their “memorable and unforgettable” getaway. The happy couple were jetted out to the Caribbean island Antigua on the E4 show.
By the time the couple came to the end of the series, they had grown incredibly close. Adam told his wife on the show: “Tayah, I’ve truly fallen madly in love with you and I can’t imagine my world without you.
“I want to spend the rest of my life with you, building a family and a future.” One year later, the love birds welcomed their daughter Beau. Tayah confessed to OK! Magazine at that the pregnancy was unplanned.

She told the publication: “We’re so excited. And the thing is we weren’t even trying! It just happened. I can’t believe it. We’re obviously just very fertile.”
They announced their daughter’s arrival with an adorable Instagram post, with Tayah writing: “Introducing you all to our precious girl, Beau Emily Aveling. We are completely besotted, she is perfect in every way.
“To my Adam, I didn’t think I could love you even more but seeing you with out daughter completely fills my heart. Just want to say a massive thank you to Doncaster hospital, for going above and beyond to reassure me and to the amazing lady who stayed after her shift had finished to deliver our girl.”
