Eva Longoria looked impressively toned as she showed fans her gruelling workout routine.
The Desperate Housewives icon put her body to work as she showed fans a closer look at her gym day. The star worked up a sweat as she was put to the test by her personal trainer.
Eva, 48, donned a white vest top and nude skintight leggings for her exercise session. She also chucked her brunette locks up in a casual up-do which was secured by a black claw grip.

The actress could be seen squatting with a kettlebell and pushing heavy weights. The star regularly updates her fans with her fitness regime and motivates her followers to follow suit.

This comes after Eva’s sex life recently came to light after an unearthed interview made its way into the press where she shared her secret to amazing orgasms. In 2005, Eva spoke to Cosmopolitan about how hers were made way more intense.
She told the publication: “Get a Brazilian wax. It makes sex better, orgasmwise. It’s like the difference between this [puts her arm lightly] and this [rubs her arm].” The Desperate Housewives star also recalled the first time that she got the wax.

“Believe me, the first time I did it the technician did half and I was like: ‘Stop!’ She said: ‘Sit down, I have to finish,’ but then it gets easier. The more you do it, the less hair grows back. But yeah, I love it, I swear by it.”
She added that “every woman should try a Brazilian wax once” and it will “make them keep coming back!”
However, this isn’t the only sex confession she’s shared with the world, as in 2015, she told Self magazine that she “didn’t enjoy sex” until later on in her adulthood.
She told the publication: “I didn’t begin enjoying sex until I started masturbating. Before that, I really wasn’t sexual. I bought my first vibrator three years ago. It’s a shame I didn’t discover it sooner! Now, I give Rabbit vibrators to all my girlfriends. They scream when they unwrap it, the best gift I can give them is an orgasm.”
