Netflix subscribers have giggled that the subscription service is “better than Pornhub” after the latest raunchy trailer landed.
Italian drama Supersex dropped a trailer this week, and is set to focus on the “most prolific porn star” of all time, Rocco Siffredi. Rocco starred in more than 1,300 adult films before retiring in 2015, and now a new Netflix series will delve into a story based on real life.
Fan reaction to a saucy trailer, which shows Rocco engaged in BDSM scenes and making out with various women, has been mixed. Some think the streaming giant has now “gone too far” with one social media user penning: “You know, Netflix turned into a hardcore sex channel so gradually I didn’t even notice.”

Someone else agreed: “Netflix giving Pornhub a run for its money.” While another commenter wrote: “So… now Netflix is focusing on more porn biopics?” and someone else penned: “Is Netflix all about sex now?”
But it’s not the only raunchy offering the site has. Fans can even find documentaries about the porn industry in Hot Girls Wanted, a film which explores different sides of the adult video and fetish industries. It birthed the spin-off series Hot Girls Wanted: Turned On, starring real life porn stars and cam girls who get candid about their jobs.
If that wasn’t enough to draw you in, Money Shot: The Pornhub Story literally tackles the top adult video site. There’s more where that came from; After Porn Ends is a documentary that tracked down former adult actors who reflect on their time in the industry – with some sharing horror stories.
Mostly Sunny, meanwhile, follows on the heels of a specific adult star – Sunny Leone. She discusses her start in the acting world and the challenges she faced before heading into mainstream movies.
Then there are fictional films like 365 Days, which follows Sicilian Mafia member Massimo as he kidnaps sales director Laura and gives her a year to fall in love with him. Expect plenty of steamy scenes from this one that had viewers hiding their red faces behind their hands.

Then there’s 2022 flick The Year I Started Masturbating, which is just as sexy as it sounds. It follows a career woman whose life comes crashing down around her when she’s dumped just before turning 40 – leading to some rather saucy encounters as she embarks on a journey of self-discovery.
TV series Sex/Life follows a suburban mum who relives her past sexual fantasies and encounters to spice up her life with her husband – with plenty of ‘sex nights’ on offer for eager viewers. Even Bridgerton has its own slew of raunchy moments – enough for fans to get their teeth stuck into.
