Zara, 23, shared an array of steamy gym snippets on her Instagram story and on her new account A Day With Zara which aims to showcase her rigorous gym activity and food plans.
The bombshell, who dates Made In Chelsea star Sam Thompson, oozed sex appeal as she flaunted her curves and svelte toned frame in nothing but skintight lycra.
The figure-hugging attire fitted like a glove while enhancing her ample assets in the snugly fitted crop top.
She wore matching lycra shorts that showcased her toned legs and exposed her washboard abs.
The X Factor Celebrity babe showed fans that she doesn’t need make-up to still look stunning as she sported a bare face while she got down to business.
Her long blonde tresses were pulled away from her face in a high pony tail.
Allowing her body to do all of the talking, Zara showcased a number of routines for fans undergoing self-isolation at the moment due to the ongoing coronavirus pandemic.
Encouraging those at home to take to their mats too, she said: “I like to call this one the water bottle workout, this ab circuit only needs a full bottle of water.

“You can do this at home or anywhere. Just to clarify this was filmed before gyms closed.”

Zara is certainly keeping herself busy and is soon to release a documentary with the BBC soon, regarding Revenge Porn after she was a victim not so long ago.
The 23-year-old said on Instagram: “Some of you may be aware that I have been a victim of Image Based Sexual Abuse, which is also known as Revenge Porn.
“My main aim is to bring awareness to this issue, and be a voice for those who have suffered in silence and to help make a change.
“I am sharing my story and being my most vulnerable, emotional and raw. This has affected my life and me as a person tremendously, and for the first time I’m confident enough to properly speak out and share my story.
“I am nervous to share these intimate details with the world but I hope that it will only make positive change and lessen the blame on us victims.”
The documentary is still in the production phase but will air on BBC Three in the next few months.
