Strictly Come Dancing ‘s Giovanni Pernice joked that he is texting co-star Jamie Laing’s sister.
Amid rumours that he has a blossoming romance with his celeb dance partner, Good Morning Britain’s Ranvir Singh, Giovanni has teased that he is actually talking to another woman.
It comes after Jamie’s sister Emily asked her Made in Chelsea brother to pass on her phone number to the Italian heartthrob when she sent a video into the BBC show in support of her brother.
While doing an Instagram Q&A with his girlfriend Sophie Habboo, Jamie was asked by a follower: “Did you give Giovanni your sis’s number?”

The fan followed the question up with a laughing emoji.
But the whole clan remained very coy when answering as Jamie showed his face as he pulled a smug smile and then began giggling.
Sophie replied to the fan: “We will never know…”
Emily also shared the video on her own Instagram Story as she attached a ton of laughing emojis to it.

Giovanni also remained coy as he shared it to his Story with just an emoji shrugging.
He also wrote, “who knows?” as he directly shared Emily’s Story instead of Jamie’s which some fans thought was telling.
In recent weeks, Ranvir and Giovanni’s intense and electric chemistry on the dance floor has led to ongoing speculation that their relationship could be more than just as dance partners on Strictly.
The pair have both denied that their relationship has turned romantic.
Before appearing on the show, Ranvir actually confessed that she would be open for the Strictly curse to hit her as she was currently single.
Giovanni also recently became single after he and Pussycat Dolls babe Ashley Roberts split up back in January, after they had danced together on Strictly previously.
