Rita Ora kept up her fitness regime throughout the lockdown but was delighted to return to her personal training sessions earlier this week after months of working out alone.
The 29-year-old singer worked up a sweat with fitness expert Ciara Madden, heading to her back garden for some ab-toning exercises.
For the workout, Rita dressed with her usual flair, working a skintight pair of grey leggings, complete with a high-waisted fit.
A black cap, white trainers and a matching sports bra – complete with peephole detailing – completed the sporty daytime look.
Impressed by her client’s dedication, Ciara shared a series of videos of the workout over Instagram, showing Rita pumping weights and using a resistance belt on the lawn.
Her toned physique was on full display, as her trainer filmed her progress from a variety of angles during the rigorous workout.
Later, Rita threw a baggy grey sweatshirt over the outfit, keeping things casual as she snapped a selfie in the mirror.

The Ritual hitmaker has been open about her gruelling fitness regime in the past, ensuring her body stays in peak physical condition at all times.
Speaking to Shape in 2017, she said: “I didn’t start working out to get skinnier—I started working out to feel better. And I think it’s important for women to know that.”
Trying to hit the gym most days, Rita prefers to do a variety of cardio and weight lifting in an effort to enjoy her workouts, putting mind over body.

She went on: “I do circuit training. I usually work out for one or two hours, depending on how much time I have,” she said. “I do three circuits and repeat that three times. I mostly focus on my thighs and my bum, so I do a lot of squats and weight lifting. And I do one circuit of cardio.
“What I’ve learned is that you can take your time with training. You don’t have to beat yourself up as long as you get in the workouts that you need. I used to push myself until I felt sick.”
Reflecting on her changing attitude to fitness: “But I’m approaching it differently now. I enjoy working out. And I like the aftermath—that feeling of contentment.”
