Carol Vorderman showed off her long legs as she donned skintight black leggings for a windy walk in the countryside on Thursday.
The former Countdown star shared a series of snaps on her Instagram stories, with the first being a full-body selfie of herself decked all-in-black.
Teaming her outfit with a warm puffer jacket, woolly socks and trainers sporting some blue neon laces, the TV presenter also shared a decent glimpse at her home, showing fans an unusual mirror sculpture and an inviting fireplace.
“Time for a loooong walk,” she captioned the story, later adding one of her enjoying a “tea stop” and a boomerang as her long brunette locks billowed in the wind.
Yesterday also saw Carol wish a happy 103rd birthday to the UK’s RAF, as she shared a statement from Buckingham Palace in 1918 that announced the existence of the military service as a “third arm of the Defences of the Empire”.
Proudly reflecting on her own experiences and honorary place within the Royal Air Force, the former Countdown star then posted an image of herself decked head-to-toe in full uniform.
“Growing up, I only ever wanted to be a fighter pilot with RAF,” the TV personality captioned next to four blue heart emojis.
“Many years later the proudest moment in my life was becoming the first female Honorary Group Captain in @royalairforceuk.”
Adding a final post that highlighted a group of real-life Air Force pilots that had fought in the war, she gushed: “Simply the best.”
During her walk yesterday, the mum-of-two was thrilled to see socially distanced groups of friends and families enjoying the late afternoon sunshine around the public parks in Bristol.
She mused: “All the chatter and the noise and the BBQs…. PEOPLE NOISE…. Just wonderful… and the birds singing. I’ve missed seeing our Bristol students.”
Carol is using the downtime and lockdown restrictions to focus on her health, prioritising getting some fresh air more frequently.
The star also donned some fancier leggings that featured see-through mesh panels for today’s outing.
Wearing her caramel locks in waves around her face, the presenter finished her outfit with a fitted grey workout top and a pair of black and white trainers.
Carol kept her make-up natural as she smiled at her followers, even joking she was a “#FashionClown”.
