Chrissy Teigen’s latest Instagram post left her followers in tears as she spoke about agonising pain after losing her baby son Jack last September.
The US model had been expecting her third child with husband and singer John Legend but Chrissy later tragically suffered a miscarriage.
Eventually the 35-year-old reached out to a counsellor to help her with overcoming her grief, and has taken to social media to communicate her biggest regrets as she works with a specialist.
John’s wife shared a trio of throwback images that showcased the happy couple just 10 weeks into their pregnancy journey with son Jack.

Chrissy explained at this point they had no idea what was in store for them and that they were just immensely “happy” to be adding another child to their brood.
The TV star couldn’t watch the video back without tears streaming from her face because it was just too painful for her to deal with still.
But the pictures also reminded Chrissy of one gut-wrenching regret of not looking at her son’s face after he’d been born because she’d feared that Jack would always be there in her nightmares.

She penned: “These are from our video shoot for Wild in Mexico. I was 10 weeks along and out of my mind happy.
“I knew the video would take a bit to get together so thought it would be cute to share our news with the world through the ol classic hand on belly trick at the end.
“I could have never imagined what would happen over the next 10 weeks…not sure I’ll ever be able to watch that video again without sobbing but I hope he feels my tears and knows we miss him so.
“He would have been here any day now – if he were like Luna and Miles, I’d probably be holding him as we speak.”

Reflecting on her deep pain, she added: “I am so full of regret that I didn’t look at his face when he was born.
“I was so scared of seeing him in my nightmares that I forgot about seeing him in my dreams. I hurt every day from that remorse.
“This month is a rough reminder and to be honest, I thought the worst was over but I guess life and emotions aren’t on any sort of schedule.
“Love you guys to pieces and am grateful for all your support and love.”
Chrissy signed off: “I firmly believe energy and healing travels through the night sky and I feel it, I promise I do. And I love you jack. I miss you so so much.
Last year, the American star stipulated that she has no plans to have another child after suffering the loss of her son.
John and Chrissy are the proud parents to two adorable children – Luna, four, and Miles, two.
