Johnny Depp's rarely seen son Jack is spitting image of dad in emerged snap

Hollywood actor Johnny Depp’s son Jack is the spitting image of his dad in a new snap that’s emerged online, following his 19th birthday.

The picture, which was shared on a fan account on Friday, saw Jack, who turned 19 on April 9, posing in an idyllic meadow.

In the photo, a smiling Jack rocked a loose-fitting yellow T-shirt and dark-coloured jeans.

He threw his brown locks back into a half-up/half-down do with the help of a white scrunchie.

A beaming Jack threw his hands up in the air in the photo as he posed beneath the icon Hollwyood sign in Los Angeles, California.

It is unknown when the photo of Jack was taken exactly, but the fan account that shared it, posted a similar one back in November.

Johnny shares Jack with his ex Vanessa Paradis, who he was in a relationship with from 1998 to 2012.

The pair also share 21-year-old daughter Lily-Rose, who is enjoying a successful career as a model and actress.

Jack, who was born Johnny Christopher Depp III, has remained out of the spotlight unlike his hugely famous dad, actress mum and model sister.

Johnny spoke about his son Jack’s eagerness to stay out of the spotlight back in 2014.

Speaking to the Daily Philipine Inquirer at the time, Johnny said: “My boy, Jack, has always been a very talented draftsman.”

He continued: “He draws really super well. He also plays music very well. He’s got a good feel for that. Aside from school plays and things, he hasn’t shown any desire to become an actor. Whew.”

Over the past few months, Jack has been spotted in Paris, France where his mum Vanessa, 48, resides.

In April 2020 his sister Lily-Rose shared a montage of snaps of her younger brother to mark his 18th birthday.

Recently, Lily-Rose opened up about how the value of privacy has been instilled in her from an “early age”.

She shared: “Growing up in a family like I did, it was always something that was – I always learned the importance of privacy and valuing that and keeping things just for yourself,’ the actress said while on The Drew Barrymore Show earlier this month.”

Lily-Rose added: “And that’s something that I’ve carried on into my own career and that’s really important to me.”
