Katie Price is set to give a full insight into her life with Harvey in a brand-new book with never-before-told stories and unseen photographs.
The 43-year-old former glamour model has single-handedly raised her 19-year-old disabled son since he was born after his ex-footballer father Dwight Yorke cut contact.
Harvey is partially blind, has Prader-Willi syndrome, is autistic and has a series of learning and behavioural difficulties.
Katie has been open about the struggles she and Harvey face, but only those close to her know the true reality of what goes on behind closed doors.
Harvey And Me: A Mother’s Love will feature never-before-told stories and access to unseen photographs, and will document the highs and lows of their relationship.
From details about Harvey’s condition to his bond with his siblings and dealing with cruel online trolls, the book is set to be full of joy, trauma, sadness and laughter.
As Harvey now transitions into adulthood, Katie prepares for what the future holds for them both.
Opening up about her latest project, she said: “Life with Harvey has been a rollercoaster of emotions – from the day I held Harvey in my arms to this day I cannot begin to express the wonders of our incredible journey together.
“A mother son bond that goes beyond the everyday ‘normal’.
“Harvey is a one in 100million – I am blessed to have him in my life.”
Katie added: “Sharing our story I hope to bring love, encouragement and support.
“I want to educate parents and others, with a few good belly laughs, by giving an insight into what my world with Harvey is like behind closed doors.
“I’ll take you away from showbiz thrills and spills and into my home, into my life as a parent with a child of complex needs and disabilities.
“Harvey has taught me to be a better person, mother and to fight for what is right, for those especially who have until now not had a voice to be heard.”
It comes after Katie created a documentary with the BBC titled Harvey and Me earlier this year, which followed the mother of five as she searched for a residential college for her eldest son.
The documentary proved to be a hit with viewers and has since been nominated for a National Television Award.
Sharing the exciting news with her followers on Instagram last month, Katie penned: “Harvey and I are absolutely thrilled to be nominated for an NTA in this year’s Authored Documentary category!
“Don’t forget all votes must be in by 11pm on Friday 4th June – you can click the link in my bio to vote or head to my Instagram stories.
“As always thank you to all those that continue to support Harvey and my family.”
Katie was praised by a number of fans after they watched her close-knit bond with Harvey during the documentary, which has been watched 4million times.
The nomination comes after Harvey was put forward for Celebrity of the Year for all of his incredible charity work.
