Love Island star Tommy Fury has been refused entry into the US as his visa was denied.
He took to social media to share his frustration after complications arose surrounding his flight to Las Vegas.
Tommy, 21, was set to fly over to the US to support his brother Tyson Fury with his training camp, which he has set up over there ahead of his much-anticipated fight against Anthony Joshua.
World Heavyweight Champion Tyson is already across the pond and was waiting for his brother’s arrival to help him train budding new boxers.
Tommy broke the news that he had been denied entry to his followers on Instagram, saying to the camera: “So guys, as you can see I’m not in Vegas. A lot has been going on in the past week or so, that’s why I’ve not really been posting on here.
“It’s been, ‘I am going, I’m not going’ a lot of it’s been up in the air. So yeah, it’s been a bit of a stressed out week for me.
“But, I’m absolutely gutted because obviously I was packed up, went all the way down to Heathrow everything was sorted on this side, but not on the American side.
“It just wasn’t meant to be this time guys.
“There’s no stress now, we stay here, we keep riding, we keep training, ready for the next fight and when I’m allowed to go freely, that’s when I’ll be over there.
“I will get the experience and yeah that’s the update guys.
“Just thought I’d let you all that I’m not over there, I’m over here, in England and going to be training for the next fight. Fight date coming very soon.”
Current Covid restrictions means that anyone who is looking to leave the country must declare their legally permitted reason for overseas travel, which includes for work purposes.
Before being told that his visa had been denied, the reality TV star had been spotted at a pub in Cheshire with a small group of friends after pubs finally reopened for outdoor drinks.

Tommy had made it clear to his fans that his trip to the States were purely for work purposes and not for pleasure, after he and girlfriend Molly-Mae faced backlash for going to Dubai to escape Tier 4 lockdown rules.
Speaking about his Vegas trip on Saturday, Tommy said on camera: “This is such an incredible opportunity for me and I’ve waited for a camp in Vegas my whole boxing career.
“I just want to stress that this is absolutely not a holiday. This is my job.”
