Country music singer Jake Flint has died aged 37, his manager has reported
The American musician sadly passed away just hours after his wedding on Saturday (November 26).
According to a report in the Oklahoman, Flint died on Saturday night in his sleep, with his cause of death not yet having been confirmed.

His manager, Brenda Cline, made the shocking announcement on social media on Sunday night (November 27) and penned: “With a broken heart and in deep grief, I must announce that Jake Flint has tragically passed away.”
Jake and his wife, Brenda, exchanged wedding vows at a remote homestead near Tulsa, Oklahoma, on Saturday night.
The heartbroken widow has since taken to social media and confessed the “pain” she is feeling following the musician’s passing.
She wrote: “We should be going through wedding photos, but instead, I have to pick out clothes to bury my husband in. People aren’t meant to feel this much pain.
“My heart is gone, and I just really need him to come back. I can’t take much more. I need him here.”

Jake’s death has sent shockwaves in the Oklahoman music community and many have taken to social media to share their grief and condolences following his untimely death.
Flint’s longtime publicist Clif Doyal said: “He was not only a client, he was a dear friend and just a super nice guy. As you can see from the outpouring on social media, he was loved by everybody.
“I think a lot of it was just that he was a people person, and he had an amazing sense of humour. He made everybody laugh, and he made everybody feel welcome.
“He was an ambassador for Oklahoma Red Dirt music.”
Flint’s manager, Brenda Cline’s full announcement said: “With a broken heart and in deep grief, I must announce that Jake Flint has tragically passed away.
“I’ve tried several times today to make a post, but you can’t comment on what you can’t process.”
Jake was known for hit songs such as Hurry Up and Wait, Long Road Back Home, What’s Your Name? and Cowtown.
