EastEnders star Lorraine Stanley, who plays Karen Taylor on the BBC soap, looked completely unrecognisable as she shared a new snap on social media.
The star showed off her transformation into a hedgehog, opting for a huge hood and intricate face make-up, looking worlds away from the feisty matriarch.
Sharing the striking difference, Lorraine shared a side by side look of herself as she tried to remove the make-up from her face after the job had finished.

Meanwhile, Karen isn’t the first EastEnders character Lorraine has played during her acting career, as she played a young Mo Harris in a 2004 flashback episode.
The special, which went back to Mo living in London in the 60s with a young Pat Evans, gave viewers an insight into what life was like for the beloved characters before the soap started.
