Gogglebox's Ellie Warner pens sweet message as boyfriend is seen out after accident

Gogglebox’s Ellie Warner has shared an inspirational message about the sun following the rain, just weeks after her partner was seriously injured in a car accident.

The star’s boyfriend Nat Eddleston reportedly suffered broken bones and a punctured lung after he was hit by a car in March, and Ellie has been fairly quiet on social media since then.

However, she has now returned to the platform and posted a sweet snap of her and her sister Izzi with a gorgeous rainbow lighting up the sky behind them.

“I wanna see your sunshine after the rain,” she wrote.

Fans said they were thrilled to see the TV star back on Instagram and Gogglebox, as she took a small break after Nat’s accident.

One of her followers posted: “You deserve that sunshine! Enjoy it.”

“So good to see you both smiling and laughing… glad you’re back,” said another.

“Hope all is getting better in the Warner world,” said another, adding: “Love to you all.”

“Glad to see you back on our screens,” wrote someone else. “Hope your partner is making a good recovery.”

“We have all been thru the rain and it’s great when we can see the rainbow,” one fan said.

“So glad things are looking up for you Ellie and best wishes to Nat, in his recovery!” said another.

“Love you both on Gogglebox, so glad to have you back,” said someone else.

Another said that Ellie was “brilliant” as one of the armchair critics on the popular programme, a role she’s had since 2015.

Ellie took some time away from social media

Meanwhile, Nat is recovering and this week The Sun published photos of him back up on his feet.

Nat was out and about doing some shopping and was wearing a head brace.
