Love Island's final six at risk of being dumped from villa as another public vote looms

Love Island commentator Iain Stirling was pulling no punches as he announced that none of the final six couples are safe – with another dumping around the corner.

Though Monday’s episode (July 25) was relatively heartwarming, with the final 12 contestants performing a talent show around the fire pit, none of them knew what was just around the corner after a double dumping at the weekend.

Last week’s dumping saw Deji, Nathalia, Lacey and Reece all evicted from the villa.

But now the public are being urged to vote to save their favourite couple in tomorrow night’s first look.

Those at risk are Gemma and Luca, Paige and Adam, Andrew and Tasha, Indiyah and Dami, Ekin-Su and Davide, and Danica and Jamie.

Danica found herself and Jamie in the bottom three on Sunday

It looks like Danica and Jamie could be most at risk after finding themselves in the bottom three at the weekend, only narrowly saved by the public.

The public were asked to vote for the ‘most compatible couple’ on Sunday, while on Monday fans are being encouraged to vote for their favourite stars.

Fans were left fuming at the double dumping twist over the weekend, with plenty raging that Deji should have spent more time in the villa.

Taking to Twitter, one raging viewer posted: “I’m so p***ed. Danica should have gone home. Deji and Lacey were so good together man.”

Another penned: “We’re in a world where Dami, Luca and Danica have survived and Deji is going home!”

“I can’t believe Deji is leaving, WTF?” someone else echoed.

Speaking about his time on the show, Deji confessed in his exit interview: “I stand by what I did. I don’t want to change anything. I was true to myself, which is why I went for Indiyah and why we got along as much as we did.

“If anything was fake she would have picked up on it and I would defo have not been myself. I wouldn’t change a thing.”

He added of his time in Casa Amor: “I didn’t know if I’d be actually able to break the bond that Indiyah and Dami had because it was so strong.

“I feel like actions speak louder than words and me and Indiyah definitely had something there which is the reason why we got on as well as we did and went back to the main villa.”

Love Island continues tomorrow night at 9pm on ITV2 and ITVHub.
