The One Show presenter Alex Jones admitted she is “broody” after Katherine Ryan brought her newborn daughter onto set.
The BBC star, 45, helmed the hit programme alongside Roman Kemp and the pair chatted to the comedian about her new TV series with Romesh Ranganathan.
But before they got started, the Capital FM star congratulated Katherine on the birth of her third child; a baby girl named Fenna.

The 39-year-old gave birth to her newest bundle of joy in mid-December and told the presenters that she is her “best newborn yet.”
“Very peaceful, doesn’t cry. Finally one that respects me,” the Canadian star joked.
The camera then panned to Katherine’s partner, Bobby Kootstra, who was cradling a sleeping Fenna in the green room.
Katherine entered a civil partnership with childhood sweetheart Bobby in 2019 after they rekindled their romance.
The pair also share son Fred, 19 months, while Katherine is also mother to daughter Violet, 12, from a previous relationship.
The sight of the TV personality’s peaceful newborn prompted host Alex to confess: “Uh oh, it’s making me broody!”
“Have another! Have another!,” Katherine eagerly responded.
The Welsh presenter shares three children; Teddy, five, Kit, three, and 17-month-old Annie with husband of seven years, Charlie Thomson.
On Thursday (January 5), the Strictly Come Dancing star announced the launch of her documentary, Making Babies.
The star spoke to daytime host Lorraine Kelly about the highs and lows of filming.
She explained: “There are some amazing highs and it’s tears of joy and then there are some devastating lows and blows as well to couples who have been trying for years.”
The presenter follows couples who are undergoing IVF treatment – something that Alex herself thought she may need to have after suffering a miscarriage after giving birth to her eldest son.
