This Morning viewers were left cringing when a King Charles impersonator appeared on the ITV show – but “looked nothing like” the King.
Phillip Schofield and Rochelle Humes teamed up to present the daytime programme on Thursday (April 20), with The Saturday’s singer replacing Holly Willoughby for the fourth time this week.
Celebrating the build up to the King’s coronation, the duo welcomed the impersonator into the ITV studio, with Phil, 60, revealing: “He is apparently so good, he’s received the royal seal of approval from the real King himself.”

The impersonator, who’s real name is Charles, entered the studio and shook hands with several members of the crew before sitting down with Phil and Rochelle.
Revealing how he channels his impression of the King, he explained: “I look for articulation of the face,” before demonstrating for the presenters.
Charles recalled meeting the King at his 50th birthday where he said: “Well done. You’re just here to get information for your act aren’t you.”
At the end of their chat, Rochelle curtseyed while Phil addressed him as “your majesty” before shaking his hand.
After watching the interview, fans raced to social media to share their confusion as they claimed Charles looked nothing like the real King.
One viewer penned: “#ThisMorning this King Charles lookalike looks and sounds nothing like him! Am I missing something?!”
“I look more like Charles than this loon on #ThisMorning #Cringe,” added a second as someone else asked: “What the fu***ng hell was that #ThisMorning.”
Another fan shared: “What am I watching? Rochelle looks more like Charles than this guy. Jesus. #ThisMorning.”
Echoing this, a fifth commented: “Just opened a bag of crisps and one of them looks more like Charles than him.”
While a sixth person tweeted: “My dog looks more like Prince Charles than this bloke.”
