Tori Spelling has reportedly filed for divorce from estranged actor husband Dean McDermott.
The Beverly Hills 90290 star was married to her spouse for 18 years before they separated in June 2023. According to documents obtained by TMZ, she filed for divorce on Friday (March 29).
Three days before, Tori was seen in tears after an emotional reunion with estranged husband Dean, 57, in Los Angeles. She lists the date of their separation as June 17, 2023 and cites irreconcilable differences as the reason.

The couple are parents to five children and according to reports, the actress has asked for sole physical custody, while also asking for joint legal custody. The Scary Movie actress is open to letting her ex getting visitation rights to see Liam, 16, Stella, 15, Hattie, 11, Finn, 10, and Beau, six.
It has been reported that the TV personality is asking for spousal support from her former husband and asks the court to remove his ability to request spousal support from her. She notes their shared assets and property need to be determined during the divorce case. There is no mention of a pre-nuptial agreement. The exes were spotted meeting up on Tuesday (March 26) at a local storage facility to sort through their personal belongings in the following heir shock split 10 months ago.
They appeared to be on good terms and recently got together to celebrate their son’s birthday along with Dean’s current girlfriend, Lily Calo, earlier this month. However, things reportedly took a turn on Tuesday, when tensions flared as they shuffled things in and out of the storage unit, and resulted in Tori breaking down in tears. The couple appeared to go through a rollercoaster of emotions throughout the meet-up, at times chatting amicably and then bickering.
At one point. Tori launched a large plastic bag of personal items into the air. Dean appeared to comfort her afterwards, before the couple had a more civilised conversation while sitting in the back of the opened SUV. Before their split, Dean revealed that he and Tori hadn’t regularly shared a bedroom since 2017, due to her insistence about letting animals stay in the room.
