Stacey Solomon’s big-money deal as she signs up for fly-on-the-wall reality show

Stacey Solomon has bagged a huge deal for a new fly-on-the-wall reality show about her life.

Solomon, 34, has signed up for a new show which will show off all the intricacies of her daily life, according to The Sun newspaper. She will be joined by doting husband Joe Swash, as well as her five kids as she lets the cameras in to show her day-to-day life.

This is not the first time that a British celeb has landed their own reality show based around their family. Several other stars such as Gemma Atkinson and Gorka Márquez, as well as former politician Jacob Rees-Mogg have had their own family documentaries.

Speaking to The Sun, an insider to the documentary said: “Stacey and Joe are such homebodies and love nothing more than spending time with their children. The series is set to be a huge hit, given the chaos that comes with a big family.

Stacey and Joe will play host to the public in a new reality show following their lives

“Stacey and Joe will also not hold back when it comes to showing the highs and lows of family life,” they added. “Fans can expect to see an unfiltered version of a busy household.”

The exact figure the family will receive for the upcoming series has not been revealed. However, it comes as the BBC presenter continues to rake in the cash thanks to her multiple projects on TV, radio and in the fashion department.

Her home life has also taken a new turn, as she revealed she would be adopting a brace of ducks to stay at her luxurious £1.6million house in Essex. Writing in a post on her Instagram, the former X Factor star announced that two new additions had been made to the Solomon-Swash family.

“Things are starting to get a little more even around Pickle Cottage,” she joked. “Daisy & Delilah Solomon-Swash; so our ducks are gorgeous feather girlies & now finally we can name them.”

Stacey beamed with joy as she explained the impact the birds had made to the family. “Honestly these little duckies have brought so much joy to our lives,” she said.

“They’re so loving and cuddly and just the most amazing addition to our family! 6 boys 5 girls now counting all dogs, ducks and humans!”

The news of her latest venture comes as she launches her newest range of clothing, working together with Manchester-based fashion brand In The Style. Modelling some of the clothes for her fans, Stacey admitted that she might be having a “mid-life crisis”, but added that she was heavily inspired by EastEnders icon Kat Slater.

Stacey is a proud mum-of-five, sharing three children – Belle, Rose and Rex, together with Joe. She also has two children – Zach and Leighton – from previous relationships, whilst Swash also brought his own son Harry into the mix.
