Cardi B turned heads in Los Angeles on Monday night as she stepped out for her first public appearance in days, confidently showing off her figure following major cosmetic changes.
The 33-year-old rapper looked sensational as she made her way through a parking lot after leaving a building, wearing a striking mustard-yellow dress that hugged every curve. The figure-skimming outfit featured a bold fishnet-style overlay with a scale-inspired pattern, drawing attention to her famously tiny waist and curvy hips.
Cardi completed the look with metallic gold strappy heels, a sleek blow-dried hairstyle and full glam makeup, oozing confidence as she clutched a notebook and her phone while heading to her car.
Cardi’s appearance comes after she has been open about undergoing corrective surgery to remove illegal butt injections, revealing she has since had 95 percent of the silicone removed. Shockingly, she underwent part of the procedure while unknowingly pregnant with Blossom.
Opening up about the experience during an Instagram Live in October 2024, Cardi said: “In January, right after I shot [the music video for] Like What, I went and got surgery.”
She explained that multiple pregnancy and blood tests initially came back negative, before discovering she was actually 17 weeks pregnant.
Detailing the procedure, she told fans: “I got some more butt injections removed. Because, you know, it takes rounds to get your butt injections removed. And I also went to fix, like, you know, certain things [with] my fibrosis…”
Cardi has previously admitted regretting the illegal injections she received in a Queens basement in 2014, describing the experience as “the craziest pain ever” and warning fans against similar procedures.
Despite occasionally wishing her backside was smaller, she’s now embracing her body. Speaking on the Call Her Daddy podcast, she said: “I look at myself in the mirror, and it’s like, I really wouldn’t change a thing.”
She added: “Maybe I would like my butt to be smaller, but it’s, like I said, it’s really hard for my butt to be smaller [and] I already did.”
