Alesha Dixon has spoken out about one of the most “shocking” auditions ever ahead of the launch of the 15th series of Britain’s Got Talent.
The popular ITV talent competition is set to return to our screens this Saturday (April 16) after the beloved show was forced to take during the global pandemic.
And the new series is set to be bigger and better than ever as Alesha Dixon, Amanda Holden, David Walliams and Simon Cowell return to see which act has what it takes to make it to the live final.
While the judges prepare to bring their nation-wide auditions to a close ahead of the launch this weekend, 43-year-old singer Alesha has confessed that one act brought the terror of Halloween to their performance.

The Mis-Teeq star explained she was left feeling terrified and confused after she watched a ghost take to the stage for the first time.
She recalled: “Yeah, there was an act that came out, didn’t speak, we couldn’t see him, he was invisible, or as Simon thought, was our first ghost!
“That was shocking. I don’t even know what happened. I can’t wait to watch that back on the TV, just to watch it again because there was so much going on!

“I think that was the first ghost we’ve had on the show,” she confessed.
And things got a whole lot spookier later on when Amanda Holden was put into a deep sleep live on stage as an act showcased their impressive skills to the audience.
Alesha explained: “Well, I couldn’t work it out, because usually she tells me everything, and the fact that she’s saying to me, ‘No I wasn’t asleep,’ and I’m going to her, ‘Yes, you were. You were asleep.’

“So we had this confusing conversation where she didn’t know what I was talking about, I thought she was winding me up, I didn’t know what was going on.
“To this day, I still don’t know if the joke is on me or if it was genius, So, we’ll see!”
It comes after the blonde bombshell was completely blown away in a new teaser clip for Britain’s Got Talent.
In a one-minute teaser shared online, the show promises tear-jerking moments, sing-alongs and incredible dance troupes and even sees the 51-year-old completely speechless.
Although it’s unsure what left the radio presenter so shocked, there’s no doubt that the show’s 15th season promises evenings full of weekend entertainment.
