The BRIT Awards viewers got a tad more than they bargained for on Saturday night.
Viewers of the BRIT Awards were left wide-eyed when one of the winners accidentally flashed her boobs on TV through a sheer top. The glitzy awards show was broadcast from London’s O2 arena, with big stars like Raye, 26, who bagged five out of her record seven nominations, taking to the stage.
However, the Rising Star award had already been announced a few weeks before the main event. Indie rock band The Last Dinner Party, who won this prestigious award previously scooped by stars like Adele and Jessie J, were invited as special guests.

The band members – Abigail Morris, Lizzie Mayland, Emily Roberts, Georgia Davies and Aurora Nishevci – got prime seats at the awards. But when host Clara Amfo joined them, viewers got more than they expected as one band member’s sheer dress turned out to be see-through on camera.
Many spectators took to social media to remark on the astonishing moment, with one writing: “There’s a boob out on the brits #BritAwards.”
They were taken aback by a comment which said: “#BritAwards that was a boob through a see through top.”, reports The Mirror Online.
It was followed by another enthusiast commenting: “anyone else notice the woman with her tits out on the Brits”.
Another stunned observer exclaimed: “I was shook! ” In contrast, another one praised the bold fashion move, saying: “#freethenipple Fair play to her! ” Clara, who was present at the event, congratulated them for their impressive award – which they had received in 2023.
Speaking to the band, Clara stated: “Winners of the British Rising Star award. It is all yours! You are Brit Award winners too.”
She enquired about the group’s plans for the upcoming year and one member responded: “We are playing shows, writing more music, trying to have a good time.”

Congratulating them once again, Clara remarked: “You are certainly having a good time. You are Brit Award winners. It is certified! ” The group was among the many celebrated victors of the evening. Raye received the most awards, including Songwriter of the Year, Best New Artist, Best R&B Act, British Artist of the Year, Album of the Year and Song of the Year.
The only award she didn’t clinch, despite being nominated, was Best Pop Act – this accolade went to Dua Lipa instead.
