Despite being a total icon on the ’90s hit show Baywatch, Pamela Anderson has given the thumbs down to revisiting her beach babe days in the new ABC docuseries.
While her former cast mates were buzzing and huddled together on the red carpet this week, Pammy was notably MIA, having binned the chance to be part of the project.
And while there’s buzz that the series will dish out an exclusive chinwag with the blonde stunner, TMZ insiders have spilled the beans that it’s all a bit of a fib apparently, Pam never even had a natter with the filmmakers.

There’s lots of quality news coming out of the US.
A source close to the star dished that Pam’s got her hands full with fresh career ventures and is flipping over a new leaf in her life story. She’s chuffed about her time as C. J. Parker catching rays, but she’s keen to leave those memories where they belong in the rear view mirror.
The insider was quick to clear up that there’s no drama or “bad blood” between Pam and her old beach patrol pals who’ve all come back together after a quarter of a century to dive into the docuseries.
The new show will see OG stars like Nicole Eggert, Carmen Electra, Billy Warlock, Jeremy Jackson and more sharing all the behind-the-scenes goss from their lifeguarding days.
The upcoming series After Baywatch: Moment in the Sun, is set to delve into the profound influence the show had on society, capitalising on the idea that “sex sells.”
The series will feature unseen home footage and exclusive chats with Baywatch stars as they dissect the show’s sex, scandals, and societal impact, from racism to Pamela’s infamous sex tape.
However, while her former co-stars reunite for the documentary, Pamela Anderson is fully booked, focusing on her own film projects. This year, the ex-Playboy model is set to take the lead in the drama film The Last Showgirl, which will premiere at the Toronto International Film Festival.
In the movie, Pamela will portray Shelley, a veteran showgirl forced to rethink her future when her show unexpectedly shuts down after a successful 30-year run. She’ll be sharing the screen with a star-studded cast including Jamie Lee Curtis, Dave Bautista, Brenda Song, Kiernan Shipka and Billie Lourd.
