Caitlyn Jenner broke the news she is due to make a cameo appearance in hit BBC comedy series Mrs Brown’s Boys over social media today.
Fresh off the back of her I’m A Celebrity success, the 70-year-old, who is the parent of reality TV babe Kylie Jenner is clearly taking a stab at the UK comedy scene.
Sharing a snap from the iconic set, she could be seen holding up an issue of People as the foul-mouthed granny, played by Brendan O’Carroll, looked over her shoulder.
In her caption, she said: “Had so much fun shooting this funny comedy in Scotland! Mrs Brown’s Boys!”
In the comments below, Caitlyn’s fans were chuffed to see the reality star make her Mrs Brown’s Boys debut, making it clear they planned to tune in.
One said: “I love that show, so freaking funny.”
A second added: “Ok miss thing! Booked and busy.”
And a third chipped in: “Omg my fav show can’t wait to see it – when is it on?”

Running since 2011, the Irish comedy series has become an unexpected international success, making it big in the US and the UK.
Brendan plays a cheeky older woman who spends her days greeting visitors through her front door and necking pints in the local pub.
Comedian Brendan O’Carroll even managed to scoop up the award for Best Comedy Programme at this year’s NTAs, beating shows like Derry Girls and Fleabag to the punch.

In his acceptance speech, he praised his wife and co-star Jennifer Gibney, saying: “Standing beside me is my beautiful wife.
“I promise you, I only am what I am because she loves me.”
Seeing as Caitlyn was also in attendance at the star-studded event, perhaps the two swapped business cards on the NTAs red carpet?
