Madonna has offered to rent her Central Park apartment to Prince Harry and Meghan Markle after telling them Canada is “boring”.
The Material Girl, 61, filmed a bizarre video shared to Instagram in which she urged the couple to relocate to Manhattan after turning their backs on royal life.
“Do Megan and Prince Harry want to sublet my apartment on Central Park West?” she says.
“Hey, Harry, don’t run off to Canada. It’s boring there,” she tells the Prince.
“I’ll let them sublet my apartment on Central Park West.”
Madonna, who is currently in London for her Madame X Tour, then gave the couple insight into her £5.6 million New York pad.
“It’s two-bedroom, it’s got the best view of Manhattan. Incredible balcony, that’s going to be a winner, a deal-breaker.
“No, Buckingham Palace has got nothing on CPW (Central Park West).”
Referring to the Royal guards who wear bearskin hats, she adds: “The view is much better for sure, not a bunch of guys in woolly hats.”
Madonna’s home should be vacant for the couple should they wish to move in.

In 2018 she lost a lengthy court battle with the building’s strict board after a judge declared she must be physically present whenever family or staff stay.
If she flouted the ruling, she could lose the property.
The Like A Virgin star’s main Manhattan home is a £31 million mansion on the Upper East Side.
If Harry, 35, and Meghan, 38, were to take up Madonna on her offer they would immediately be neighbours with New York’s elite and rubbing shoulder with the A-list stars they now love.

Central Park West is known as “the world’s most powerful address” a place where Wall Street titans, movie stars, Russian oligarchs, musicians and sportsmen and women all call home.
Residents include Sting, Denzel Washington, Goldman Sachs boss Lloyd Blankfein and former Barclays boss Bob Diamond.
Washington paid £8 million for his apartment while Sting and his wife Trudie Styler own a £15.5 million home.
One head doorman, who works two blocks from Madonna’s Harperley Hall apartment, earns a reported £400,000 a year before tips – more than Donald Trump as US President.
Since November the royal couple, along with son Archie, have been staying in an £11.4 million waterfront mansion on Vancouver Island in Canada as they stepped back from royal duties.
