Paul Hollywood’s ex-lover has revealed she had surgery after a breast cancer scare.
Summer Monteys-Fullam found a lump when she was just 21.
The now 24-year-old needed a mammogram scan and an operation.
Sharing a photo of her scar on Instagram, left, brave Summer said: “When I was 21 I found a lump in my left boob.
“I went to the doctors who referred me immediately to the hospital for tests and mammograms.

“It was checked out and removed under general anaesthetic and thankfully turned out to be benign.
“Even at a young age you need to check yourselves.”
Summer, who split from Bake Off star Paul last year, also recently revealed how she was stalked by a pervert for “nine months to a year” when she was 18.
Earlier this week she wore a neon green dress as she stepped out after enjoying dinner at posh Nobu restaurant in London.
The former barmaid recently signed with a leading talent agency and has been linked to Love Island star Jack Fincham, although he
denied the rumours which he described as “completely untrue”.
