Coronation Street's Lucy Fallon wows as she unveils total hair transformation

Coronation Street’s Lucy Fallon has wowed fans by showing off her hair transformation on Instagram.

The Corrie babe, who plays Bethany Platt on the ITV soap, is usually known to have shoulder-length locks.

However, the blonde bombshell wowed her Insta followers by flaunting some tumbling hair extensions.

Lucy, 24, showed off her new locks fresh after visiting the hairdresser.

She was seen posing in the salon as she teamed her new tresses with glowing makeup.

Captioning the post, Lucy wrote: “AND I’M LONG! (it’s not all my hair… but don’t tell anyone).

“Using @beauty_worksonline tape in extensions in the shade ivory and Scandinavian blonde! Thank you @jameslearhairdressing for creating this… I love it!”

Fans were loving her new look, with the post racking 31,000 likes.

One exclaimed: “Wow, looks fabulous,” while another complimented: “You’re gorgeous.”

A third chimed in: “Oh my God… unrecognisable.”

While a fourth gushed: “You look absolutely gorgeous as always Lucy Fallon, you are a very beautiful girl.”

Corrie fans soon won’t be seeing Lucy on-screen as she filmed her final Corrie scenes last month after quitting the soap five years after landing the role of Bethany.

It’s thought her exit will air next month, with spoilers teasing that Bethany will be offered a magazine internship in London – prompting her exit.

Lucy previously revealed she was in tears over filming her final scenes.

She wrote on Instagram at the time: “I’m writing this with mascara all over my face and tears/snot dripping onto my clothes but that’s a wrap… On what has been the most incredible 5 years of my life.

“It’s so crazy to me that 5 years ago, I had just finished 6th form and had no idea what direction life was going to take me in.

“I never in a million years expected that I would be calling Gail Platt a friend. But here we are… And I’m grateful for every single second of it.
