First Dates Hotel viewers gobsmacked as man forgets where he's from

First Dates Hotel concluded this evening as the final episode of the current series aired on Channel 4.

Fred Sirieix and the team returned to our screens this evening as singletons from across the UK checked in to the ultimate Latin love hotel deep in the Italian countryside.

The current series has been the romantic and sauciest yet as daters of all ages indulge their deepest desires in five-star luxury.

Propping up the pool bar this evening was 23-year-old cat lover Zoe.

Her date Joseph, 26, from London, made a very nervous first impression as he forgot where he lived.

Chatting to Zoe, a nervous Joesph told her he was from Watford, when in fact he is from Ealing.

Channel 4 viewers rushed to their keyboard as Zoe and Joesph’s date got off to an extremely awkward start.

Taking to Twitter, one fan penned: “It’s a bit worrying when someone doesn’t know where they from?.”

Another added: “He doesn’t even know where he comes from?”

A third posted: “Bless him, he forgot where he’s from…”

A fourth agreed: “He doesn’t know where he is from or what he does for a living omg.”

Some witty chat and a revelation about his own cat was enough to encourage Zoe to let her guard down and open up to Joesph during their date.

Zoe opened up about the death of her brother Nick.

The singleton told her date: “Nick was the sunshine boy.

“He’d walk into a room and it would light up. He passed away. He had a heart problem.

“He was out with his friends and when we got there he had died but he wasn’t in pain.

“He didn’t know what was going on.”

Zoe was impressed with how Joseph responded to the story of her brother’s death and the pair ended the evening with a kiss after they agreed to see each other again.
