Jason Manford is selling off his 10-home property empire to help pay for his divorce from his first wife Catherine.
The Masked Singer finalist sold eight properties and pocketed more than £3million back in 2017, with records showing that he paid £400,000 to the taxman in relation to the sales.
Funnyman Jason decided to invest his money in properties in the Greater Manchester area to rent out after finding success in the comedy circuit and television.
The 38-year-old used his holding company Invisible Man Ltd for his properties, but documents filed to Companies House reveal it is being dissolved and the homes sold.

According to The Sun, the report reads: “The principal activity of the Company was that of a holding Company which held a portfolio of investment properties.
“The Company has reached the end of its useful life and it was appropriate to wind the Company up in the form of a Voluntary Liquidation.”
The company was run by Jason and it has so far paid £400,000 from the home sales to the tax man.

The report filed listed nine of the company’s 10 as investment properties and revealed that eight had already been sold.
Jason split from his first wife Catherine in 2013 before making it official in 2017.
He then married his second wife Lucy Dyke in 2017 after the divorce.
Recently, Jason has been offering his services in any way he can to help out with the coronavirus pandemic.
After being turned down from a job at his local Tesco, with a spokesperson saying it was because he missed the deadline, he instead started driving OAPs to medical appointments.
However another supermarket, Iceland, offered Jason the chance to work in his local store for one day.
The frozen food specialist then said they would pay a donation to the NHS in return.
