Loose Women legend Linda Robson has opened up about a difficult time in her life, when she was rushed home from a trip to Ibiza with her co-stars to a rehab facility.
The 61-year-old flew back to the UK with Stacey Solomon, who took her straight to rehab after talking to Linda’s family back home.
Now, Linda has opened up about the worrying events, which came after the reached “breaking point” after she suffered adverse side effects to an anti-depressant she had been put on.
The brave star said: “I was thinking, ‘What am I going to do? Where am I going?’ I was scared, embarrassed and ashamed because my kids had been told their mum was in a state and needs help.

“When we got to the clinic, they all met us there and when I saw their worried faces all I could think of was, ‘Oh no, what have I done to them?'”
Linda’s family – husband Mark, 59, daughters Lauren, 37, and Bobby, 23, and son Louis, 28 – were relieved that she was getting some much-needed help.
According to the Sun, Linda was spending her days drinking bottles of vodka and passing out in order to help her cope with her anxiety.

But after checking into rehab and getting herself help, Linda has come out of the other side fighting.
She added to the publication: “The reason I’m telling you this now is because I want anyone else who might be feeling the same way to read this and know that they’re not alone and that things can get better for them too. They just have to accept help, like I did.”

Linda returned to Loose Women earlier this year and spoke of her struggles on there too, with her co-stars by her side for support.
The ITV ladies had been on a week-long trip to Ibiza when they noticed Linda’s odd behaviour.
Linda left her co-stars – including Jane Moore, Nadia Sawalha, Saira Khan, Andrea McLean and others – on the third night to get some help.
Hopefully, when she’s ready, we’ll have Linda back on our screens with her friends.
