Love Island star Connor Durman has admitted taking ‘recreational drugs’ at a house party in Australia.
The islander, who found fame on the ITV2 show this year, made the confessional after a photo emerged of him posing with lines of white powder at a house party in Australia.
Connor, who is dating fellow islander and Rochelle Humes’ sister Sophie Piper, said he “regrets” his actions, which took place before he entering the TV villa.
A representative for Connor, 25, told The Sun: “Connor was living in Australia last year and recreational drugs were sadly used.
“One of the reasons he left Australia and came back to the UK to be with his family is because he realised his life was spiralling out of control.

“He regrets his past and is now moving forward with his life. He is sorry.”
The photo that emerged this week saw Connor grinning at the camera in front of the white lines of powder at a house party.
Connor was dumped from the villa three weeks into the show after his fellow cast member were asked to choose between him and villa partner Sophie, 23.

Sophie and Connor coupled up on day one in the villa – and even managed to survive when hunky new lad Connagh Howard admitted he was interested in the beautiful brunette.
However, they were separated when Connor was booted from the villa in the heartbreaking eviction twist.
The pair soon reunited after leaving the villa though, and the pair have been seeing each other ever since.
Sophie has since confirmed that they are dating and have met each other’s families.
