Love Island beauty Shaughna Phillips has been accused of altering her appearance, after fans likened her to Khloe Kardashian on Instagram.
The 26-year-old shared a new selfie to Instagram but her 1.5million followers were left confused, speculating that she had done something to change her face.
In the gorgeous snap, Shaughna looked as though she’d been caught off-guard, with her plump pout slightly parted and her eyes wide.
The blonde bombshell’s long hair was styled in loose curls with the tresses cascading down her chest.
Her face was dolled up to the extreme, with her skin bronzed and smooth, her lips painted with a peachy nude gloss and her eyes highlighted with huge fluttery false lashes.

Shaughna wore a lilac crop top in the snap, showcasing a little bit of her toned torso as well.
She captioned the snap: “Procrastination is a talent I’ve perfected during lockdown, [what about you]?”
It quickly racked up more than 66,000 likes as well as plenty of complimentary comments.
However many other people took the opportunity to question Shaughna’s face, with them convinced that it had changed.

One said: “Is this an edited picture, it doesn’t look like you?”
Another wondered: “Is it edited or surgery?”
A third compared her to Khloe Kardashian, who was recently also accused of changing up her face.
They commented: “Same filter as Khloe Kardashian?”
Meanwhile, another wrote: “Where’s the old Shaughna gone? The more natural version from the show, you looked so good before, didn’t need to change.”
But when one asked “what have you done to your face?”, Shaughna replied: “Beat the f*** out of it.”
She was referring to her makeup, with the term “beating your face” popularised by RuPaul’s Drag Race.
Shaughna recently hit back at a troll who accused her of having “all these fillers”.
The reality starlet snapped: “Please please please tell me when you think I’ve had time to get fillers during a worldwide pandemic.”
