Mark Wright says he’s feeling “a little bit pudge” after enjoying slap-ups feasts with wife Michelle Keegan during their Spanish getaway.
The former TOWIE star, 33, confessed he’s been hammering the bread and aioli while abroad as he opened up about his new training regime on Instagram.
Following his gruelling training schedule, Mark, sporting a sweaty glow, discussed his eating habits on holiday.
Speaking to his Instagram users, he explained: ” Five days Majorca, three days Ibiza. Of course ending with a bang in Ibiza. First session back, I’m telling you now. Not only am I a little bit pudge but I am out of my (depth).

“Tomorrow will be a better day. I didn’t want to do it. If you don’t want to do anything else right now, get up, get it done, and ‘Train Wright’.”
Promoting his new fitness training programme, he told fans he “wanted to get back into it, it becomes addictive”.
Mark set up his fitness company ‘Train Wright,” a new wellness concept earlier this year – a platform that helps people stay active at-home.

Speaking about how people’s attitudes to fitness has changed during lockdown, he told GQ: “I get so many messages about how I’ve changed how people exercise: people who have cancelled their gym memberships, people who workout during the week now instead of waiting for the weekend.”
Having enjoyed time away, the couple now have to quarantine for two weeks after the government suddenly changed the rules for holidaymakers in Spain.

However, his time indoors didn’t seem to faze the TV presenter as he documented what life within his four walls would be like for the next fortnight.
Watching a film from the comfort of his bed, he wrote: “Back to quarantine life. 2 weeks! How’s ya luck!! Oh well.
“Looks like I will be doing a whole lot of this.”
