Michael Jackson reportedly wanted to be “immortalised” and become the first “multi-billionaire entertainer-actor-director,” a new tell-all diary has revealed.
The Beat It singer also hoped to become a Hollywood movie star as well and play concerts in Las Vegas just months before his death in 2009.
Jackson’s bombshell diary was apparently grappling with his ambition to be “the greatest ever” entertainer.
He also wanted to be “immortalised” forever like showbiz mega stars Walt Disney and Charlie Chaplin.
According to Jacko’s jaw-dropping diary, he was hoping to earn $20million a week (£16million) and he listed a variety of opportunities and cited a number of exciting opportunities, including those with Cirque du Soleil and sports brand Nike.
Michael, who was 50 when he died, had been weeks away from performing a series of gigs at London’s O2 Arena, before his untimely passing.
The Jackson 5 star wrote about how important he thought it was to enter the movie business, if he was to achieve his goal of living forever.
He penned: “If I don’t concentrate on film, no immortalisation,” the Mirror reported.
Michael also wrote that he was keen to cut loose managers and advisors that he felt weren’t giving him the right advice.
He scribed: “I want to sign all cheques over $5,000 now. Hire an accountant I trust now and lawyer. I want to meet him.”
The diary excerpt comes from Bad: An An Unprecedented Investigation into the Michael Jackson Cover-up, written by Dylan Howard.
News of the bombshell diary comes after Michael Jackson’s pal Mike Tyson, 53, opened up about his former pal earlier this year and said the “feeble” side of Michael that the public saw was all a facade.
In an enlightening chat on T.I’s Expeditiously podcast, Tyson opened up about his friendship with Jackson, and revealed he hated him long before they became pals.
Tyson claimed Jackson snubbed him backstage at a concert in 1986, despite him just becoming the heavyweight champion of the world.

Speaking about the moment, Tyson said: “It broke my ego.
“It crushed me.”
Tyson said the frosty moment saw him harbour anger towards Michael for years.
He recalled: “That cold mother f****r. I hated his guts forever.”
Tyson said the beef between the pair was later squashed when a mutual friend suggested they all hang out together.
Not only did they let bygones be bygones, Tyson said he quickly realised Michael was really intelligent and not “a f***ing idiot”.
Tyson divulged: “I thought he was a f**king idiot until I met him that day,”
“I learned to respect him. I knew he was a player.”
