Good Morning Britain saw Piers Morgan raging after an interview was interrupted by a cyclist live on air.
Hosts Piers, 55, and Susanna Reid, 49, were speaking to Health Minister Edward Argar who was updating them about Prime Minister Boris Johnson’s condition.
During their chat, a cyclist appeared in shot and proceeded to cycle right up next to the Health Minister, completely disregarding social distancing regulations.
Piers was furious after the cyclist, who was in fact wearing gloves, ignored the coronavirus lockdown, riding up to the camera filming on his phone.
He said: “I want to apologise to you for the complete moron who was cycling up right next to you with his phone during that interview.

“You may not have even been aware of it. He was ignoring all social distancing rules, trying to make I guess a little celebrity of himself.
“You know it’s moron’s like that, that are literally costing lives. I just wanted to say how sorry I am that this idiot did that to you during the interview.”
Piers wasn’t the only one livid at the cyclist, as viewers went into meltdown on Twitter about the incident.

One said: “What an idiot.”
While another wrote: “What a t*** this boy is. This is why we need fines and lockdowns. People like this who have the nerve to wear gloves then try and get his minute of fame…”
“The idiot cyclist was wearing gloves too, so he knows better.” added a third angry viewer.
Also on today’s GMB, former glamour model Linda Lusardi was reduced to tears as she recalled her horrendous coronavirus battle.
Linda’s children rang 999 when both of their parents became serious ill with coronavirus.

Linda said: “My poor 24 -year- old son saw us being marched out of the door with paramedics wearing full gear into the ambulance.”
She then began to cry as she said she prayed she would wake up as she feared she might die, saying: “I rang Sam and text him downstairs saying you’d better come up as I don’t know if I’m going to make it.”
The emotional star explained: “They wheeled him up. He held my hand and said you can’t give up you’ve got to be strong for the children.”
Good Morning Britain continues tomorrow at 6am on ITV
