Rochelle and Marvin Humes announce new baby's gender in adorable family video

Rochelle and Marvin Humes have announced the gender of their baby – with some added help from daughters Alaia, six, and Valentina, three.

The proud parents revealed they are expecting a baby boy, breaking the news in a sweet video recorded during the Easter weekend.

Singers Rochelle, 31, and Marvin, 35, shared the news of their pregnancy on Easter Sunday, revealing they had a “baby bunny” on the way.

Announcing the gender earlier today, Rochelle shared a video of her little ones dressed up as bunnies, as they read from a piece of paper.

Having completed an Easter Egg hunt in their back garden, dressed for the occasion, the young girls had an adorable surprise in store.

Alaia read: “Hippity hippity hop, I have great news that I have to drop.

“You and Valentina are such good sisters, but now it’s time to add someone new to the mixture.

“Now that’s all from me, the Easter Bunny.

“The big news is, you have a baby brother inside of Mummy’s tummy!”

Behind the camera, JLS star Marvin announced: “You’re going to be a big sister again!”

Chuffed, the little one called out: “You’re having a baby, a baby boy!”

Clearly thrilled to see their family grow, Rochelle asked Valentina: “What’s in my belly?”

Rochelle and Marvin, who tied the knot back in 2012, were forced to tell their nearest and dearest about the pregnancy over FaceTime, due to the coronavirus lockdown.

Discussing the heartwarming announcement on This Morning earlier this month, where she regularly presents fashion segments, The Saturdays star said: “Our hands, if they weren’t full already are about to be even fuller.

“But we are thrilled, it’s nice news in this weird time at the minute.

“Weird to share it with our family and friends via FaceTime, but so lovely, so happy.”
